VisiTorlink Limited shall endeavour to provide accurate visa advice, through the MyVisaAdviser.co.uk website, for its members who are applying for visas to an embassy or consulate in the United Kingdom.

Disclaimer: Visa and passport requirements and processing times are constantly changing and there may be delays before we are advised of such changes by the embassies or consulates. While VisiTorlink Ltd makes every effort to provide accurate information we are unable to guarantee complete accuracy at all times. VisiTorlink Limited accepts no responsibility for these changes and does not guarantee a visa will be issued or the timescale in which an embassy will issue a visa, processing times are a guide. All embassies and consulates reserve the right to request additional information /documents prior to granting or rejecting a visa application. Visa fees are non refundable irrespective of whether a visa is granted or not. VisiTorlink Ltd. recommends that visas are arranged prior to arrival even if visa on arrival facilities are available.

Visa News: VisiTorlink limited will however endeavour to advise all urgent amendments to embassy or consular procedures via a message on Visa News section of its website which is located on the Homepage. We therefore recommend, if a Visa Search is conducted several weeks before application to the embassy that a check for updates is made on the Visa News section prior to submitting your application to the embassy.

Visa processing times are a guide and subject to certain delays during busy peak periods or for nationals whose applications require extended processing.

Registration: Registered (Fee paid) membership provides access to the Visa Search programme for the duration of the membership to access personalised online visa information. If the member conducts a visa search, against his registered nationality, and fails to obtain a suitable search result a prompt to email an Information Request to MyVisaAdviser which when sent will generate a timely acknowledgement and a full Visa Result within 5 working days. Personal membership grants access to the Visa Search programme for the registered member and immediate family only, until the membership expiry date.
VisiTorlink limited reserves the right to cancel membership and access to the site of any member deemed to be misusing the site.
